Vermicast is a permanent installation situated in the Marlon Solar Memorial Solarium at the Lancaster Avenue Autonomous Space (LAVA) in west Philadelphia.  

Vermicast takes the form of a solar-powered vermicompost heap (a compost pile with worms) which thrives in a multi-use activist meeting space.
